In some ways I am glad.  I had looked at some of my older content and I’ve grown since then.  I do have a version of my blog from a year ago and i think I will post some as time goes on just for fun.

Why am I doing this?  Maybe I can help some people along the way?  I was a misdiagnosed Celiac for years and have found others along my path.   I’m also a convert from a huge consumer who did not care at all about the environment.   I’d love to share and hear from others about their experiences gluten free, going green and maybe even changing their life.

So let the games begin again!
